Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Onsite Support Technician to ensure smooth IT operations for customers across the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Key responsibilities include field service tasks such as setting up and configuring new workstations, assisting with IT rollouts, and providing hands-on installation, replacement, and support for standard and specialized hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, peripherals, and media technology. The technician will also be responsible for equipment issuance, retrieval, warehouse management, and meticulous asset tracking. A core part of the job involves processing, documenting, and tracking support tickets within designated systems. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in IT (e.g., System Integration), professional experience in field service and user support, strong knowledge of MS products and standard hardware, excellent German, and a Class B driver's license.
