Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated, high-level IT support to executive-level end-users (VIP customers) for a major European IT service provider, specifically supporting the client, Bayer AG. The specialist is responsible for ensuring system stability and high satisfaction among executive staff. Key daily tasks include processing support tickets efficiently within agreed Service Levels, executing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) requests, and performing necessary repairs, replacements, or restorations of hardware. Furthermore, the role requires meticulous documentation, updating inventory data, and actively participating in the introduction of new technologies and proactive maintenance activities. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational qualification, excellent knowledge of standard hardware and Windows, and proven experience supporting VIP clients, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.

Education

Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in supporting VIP/Executive clients
  • Experience in processing IT support tickets and managing service levels
  • Experience with IMACD processes (Installation, Move, Add, Change, Decommission)
  • Experience in system maintenance and implementing preventative measures
