Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite hardware and software support as a field service technician across the Thuringia and Saxony regions of Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and instructing users on new workstations, including desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Key daily tasks include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical disturbances related to desktops, notebooks, printers, Microsoft Windows, and network issues directly at the client site. This position requires a strong background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, fundamental knowledge of standard software and operating systems, and a high degree of customer and service orientation. The role is full-time, permanent, and requires a high level of travel readiness and excellent German language skills to effectively serve clients.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Salesperson, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting desktop PCs, notebooks, and printers
  • Professional experience in standard software, operating systems, and application deployment
