Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field IT Technician based in the Ludwigshafen area, working for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The primary responsibilities involve acting as a field technician, utilizing a provided company vehicle to address IT incidents and execute IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services according to planned routes and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware malfunctions on IT equipment such as printers, notebooks, and peripherals, often through component replacement, and meticulously documenting all completed work. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), strong knowledge of IT infrastructures and Microsoft operating systems, and proven experience in troubleshooting.
