Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support services, focusing on hands-on client configuration and logistics for a major European IT service provider. Key daily tasks include performing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, configuring and installing PCs and notebooks, and deploying standardized Windows 10 images. The specialist will handle documentation within a ticketing system, provide crucial onsite support to end-users, manage asset data through checklist maintenance, and assist with general office and warehouse organization, including handling incoming and outgoing goods. Candidates must have completed vocational training in IT systems integration or a comparable field, possess strong hardware knowledge (PCs, notebooks, peripherals), and be fluent in technical German for documentation and communication.
