Job Summary
This role is centered around providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level technical support for a leading German IT service provider. The Onsite Support Specialist will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting hardware and software incident reports using a dedicated ticketing system and email. Key daily activities include analyzing and resolving disruptions both remotely and directly onsite. Furthermore, the specialist manages the setup and dismantling of hardware components, executes IT relocations, maintains accurate asset data, and actively supports ongoing IT projects. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support. Strong proficiency in Windows 7/10 and MS Office is essential, along with excellent German skills and a Class B driver's license.
