Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist involves providing critical technical assistance to end-users, focusing on the repair, analysis, and resolution of both hardware and software faults across various devices. Key responsibilities include proactive system maintenance, such as applying patches and antivirus updates, coordinating with external manufacturers and suppliers, and managing IT assets. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and updating critical support and GxP documentation. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT, evidenced by vocational training in System Integration or an equivalent university degree, coupled with professional experience in network infrastructure support. Success in this position requires strong team skills, a solution-oriented approach, and fluency in both German and English.
