Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Technical Customer Service Consultant for a leading telecommunications, TV, mobile, and internet service provider in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The consultant will primarily conduct technical advisory discussions, focusing on fault analysis across telephony, mobile, TV, and internet services. Key daily responsibilities include providing comprehensive user support for the setup of routers and end devices, coordinating appointments with service technicians, and processing various customer inquiries and case closures within the system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT System Management Specialist or an Office Management Specialist with relevant technical experience, coupled with a high technical affinity for electronics, telecommunications, or IT. Required Skills

Education
