Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for a major European IT service provider's end client, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incident reports and service requests while adhering strictly to SLAs, performing specialized IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) and Break & Fix tasks, and conducting hardware and software troubleshooting. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining asset and inventory data, updating technical documentation, and consulting users on new technologies. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or System Electronics and demonstrated professional experience in user support, coupled with familiarity with IT Security and Compliance guidelines.
