Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for a leading European IT service provider, focusing on end-user assistance at the BAMF client location. The specialist will handle incident resolution and service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key daily tasks include troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of various end devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers, as well as supporting users with mobile devices and performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for client systems. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT systems integration or equivalent, strong knowledge of standard hardware and common MS Office applications, and proven experience in troubleshooting and user support.
