Job Summary

This role involves creating comprehensive electrical engineering planning documentation for medium and high-voltage substations, including both AIS and GIS systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing cable routes, generating plant layouts, and developing installation plans. A critical part of the job is performing detailed network, load flow, short circuit, and selectivity calculations to determine technical dimensions and specifications. You will specify key power supply components such as switchgear, protection, and control technology, and actively coordinate technical details with suppliers and clients. The successful candidate will support project teams through the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring successful technical implementation, and producing complete technical and revision documentation. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification (Technician/Master) coupled with professional experience in power supply or switchgear planning, along with proficiency in CAD and network calculation software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, Neplan). This position offers the opportunity to work on future-oriented, impactful Green Tech projects within a diverse, international team.
