This role involves joining a dynamic IT department in Ingolstadt, providing essential First Level Support for the branch IT systems of a Bavarian retailer. Daily responsibilities include actively monitoring and managing open support tickets, accurately qualifying technical disturbances, and escalating complex issues to the 2nd Level Support team or external service providers. A key function is troubleshooting and resolving user problems, particularly those related to the merchandise management system, primarily providing support via telephone and remote maintenance tools. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification or comparable technical background, proven experience in telephone customer service, and strong general PC knowledge.
