Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support, based in Neckarsulm, focusing on maintaining and managing client IT infrastructure. The technician will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and managing client hardware, installing and updating operating systems and various software applications, and providing essential on-site service for end-users and system services. A key part of the job involves offering First Level Support and troubleshooting technical issues.
