Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to serve as an HPLC Analytical Specialist within a dynamic, international life science organization focused on cutting-edge medical solutions in Penzberg. The specialist will lead their own projects in a matrix function, focusing heavily on HPLC analytics, active laboratory work, and presenting results, often in English. A core responsibility involves constantly questioning and optimizing existing analytical methods and processes from both a technical and economic perspective. Furthermore, the specialist will play a central role in root cause analysis for product and method failures during production issues, support the transfer of new methods from R&D to Quality Control, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. Candidates must possess an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant scientific field and demonstrated professional experience in the HPLC analytical environment, alongside fluent German and English skills.
