Job Summary

This Senior Manufacturing Specialist role, based in Penzberg, offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation in medical solutions within an internationally leading life science company. The specialist will be crucial in developing, scaling up, troubleshooting, and validating manufacturing processes and analytical methods derived from R&D. Day-to-day tasks involve equipment procurement, executing and documenting qualification/validation work, operating complex production equipment and software, and ensuring production runs comply with stringent Quality Assurance guidelines. A key function is coordinating sub-projects to ensure quality, deadlines, and cost targets are met, and transferring optimized processes into full production. The ideal candidate must possess a PhD in Organic Synthesis and strong practical experience in solid-phase synthesis, purification technologies, and laboratory operations, coupled with excellent English language skills for international collaboration.
