Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician based in Hamburg, responsible for maintaining smooth IT operations across various environments. Day-to-day tasks involve providing comprehensive IT support for diverse end devices (desktops, notebooks, iPhones), troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing workplace setups and IT relocations. The technician will personally support users on-site and meticulously document all work processes, including configuring and managing goods for logistics providers.
