Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Medical Physicist seeking to obtain their specialist certification (Fachkunde) within the Clinic for Radiotherapy and Radiooncology at the Schwarzwald-Baar Klinikum, a large central hospital and academic teaching facility. The successful candidate will join a team of nine medical physicists, contributing to all core tasks of a Medical Physics Expert. Key responsibilities include performing quality assurance and dosimetry, executing physical treatment planning for both teletherapy and brachytherapy, and actively participating in the implementation of new procedures and the commissioning of state-of-the-art equipment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced systems, including three ELEKTA Linear Accelerators, the CyberKnife M6, and the RayStation planning system. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Medical Physics and demonstrate commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration in a high-tech clinical environment.
