Head of Operating Room Management | Leitung OP-Management (w/m/d)

Job Summary

This role involves leading and strategically managing the operating room (OR) facilities, including central ORs, outpatient surgery, and sterile supply departments across two locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizational oversight, infrastructure management, and efficient operational steering of all OR areas, supported by an OR coordination team. A key focus will be on adapting medical structures due to new regulations (KHVVG) and establishing independent infrastructure for outpatient surgery, requiring concept development. The position also includes personnel responsibility for OR and anesthesia functional staff, and sterile supply personnel, reporting directly to the management board. Approximately 20% of the role involves acting as a medical advisor to the management.
