This role requires a dedicated Process and Interface Analyst to serve as the primary contact for technical requirements within the Contract Management department. The core focus is leveraging technical understanding to drive automation in data processing, defining detailed requirements, and overseeing implementation from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, developing comprehensive documentation, creating specific business cases, and managing regular reporting. A critical component of the role is continuous improvement management, ensuring the efficiency and quality of existing processes through permanent review. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a related field, multi-year experience in financial services or IT data management, and proven expertise in agile project management, requirements analysis (User Stories), and quality assurance testing.
