You will be instrumental in ensuring the competent and professional execution of all building management tasks, with a key focus on the proper maintenance and compliant operation of technical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system operations, performing maintenance, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, conducting quality controls, and meticulously documenting all technical data and reports. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented Elektroniker specializing in energy and building technology, with a strong background in facility management, seeking a challenging yet stable environment with regulated working hours and a supportive company culture. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Elektroniker specializing in Energy and Building Technology, ideally with in-depth knowledge of building system technology and MSR technology

- Several years of professional experience in comprehensive property management and classic facility management processes
