Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician in Hamburg for a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management, including infrastructure monitoring, cloud services, and outsourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd Level Support within a production environment, performing Windows Client support at customer locations, and implementing iOS and network solutions. Key daily tasks include handling support requests via a ticketing system and executing individual IT projects. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualifications, along with strong practical experience in Windows 10/11 Enterprise, PowerShell, Batch Scripting, and Windows driver diagnostics.
