Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Dispatch, acting as the primary problem-solver for complex hardware and software challenges directly at client locations in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring IT hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing and resolving disruptions within customer IT infrastructures, providing expert IT support, and managing the intake, qualification, and dispatching of incidents. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education, such as an IT Systems Electrician qualification, detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and strong technical expertise. Success in this position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate in both German and English. This is a full-time position offered initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
