Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in field service, supporting a respected IT system house in the Penzberg, Wolfratshausen, and Murnau area. The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level IT support directly on-site for end-users, focusing on hardware and software deployment, infrastructure optimization, and managing IT services for various manufacturer products. Day-to-day tasks include participating in rollout and migration projects, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), setting up and dismantling video conferencing equipment, and servicing hardware such as servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and printers. This position is ideal for individuals with a completed IT qualification or relevant professional experience, including career starters, who possess strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
