Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician specializing in the 24x7 monitoring and operating of IT applications within a production environment in Braunschweig. The core responsibilities include acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all incoming communications (calls, emails, faxes), meticulously documenting operational processes, and handling the qualification, classification, and prioritization of incoming support tickets. A key focus is the continuous monitoring of selected systems, immediate recognition and containment of system warnings and faults, and rapid response to security incidents. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in the IT sector (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and practical experience in implementing service concepts and established processes, particularly in Second Level Support for hardware and software fault resolution.
