Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join a collaborative team focused on providing comprehensive IT support and consultation to long-standing business customers. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing service and support requests from end-users and IT colleagues, troubleshooting issues remotely, and occasionally providing on-site assistance within the Rhine-Main area. A key component of the role is monitoring client IT system operations and actively contributing to complex infrastructure projects aimed at evolving customer IT landscapes. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT System Integration, strong knowledge of Windows Client/Server environments (including AD and DNS), and practical experience managing complex IT infrastructures and virtualization platforms. Proficiency with backup systems like VEEAM is required, alongside a high degree of service orientation and excellent customer interaction skills.
