Job Summary

This role requires an Onsite IT Technician based in Offenbach am Main to provide comprehensive hardware and software support for an industrial enterprise. Daily tasks involve accepting, processing, and documenting disturbances and inquiries via a ticketing system, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include providing crucial support for Windows end devices in an office environment, analyzing and resolving IT incidents directly on-site, and instructing users on the proper utilization of new software and hardware. The technician will also be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, including dismantling, relocating, setting up, and personalizing clients, which involves manual software installation. Ideal candidates possess proven experience in onsite support and detailed technical knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and Office 365.
