Job Summary
This role seeks a proactive Technical Support Engineer to become an expert in smartmicro's cutting-edge radar sensor technology used in autonomous driving and intelligent traffic infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive technical support and product training to global partners via email, phone, and online meetings, utilizing CRM and ticketing solutions like Salesforce. The engineer will also be responsible for technical writing and occasional travel to customer sites. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, coupled with proven experience in technical support and customer service. Strong problem-solving skills, technical understanding, and fluency in English are essential. This position offers a future-oriented, permanent contract, individual training opportunities, and a hybrid working model (requiring four days of office presence per week) within an innovative company dedicated to shaping the future of mobility and smart cities.
Required Skills
