Job Summary

This role is centered on the comprehensive management and maintenance of electrical building services within a property in Berlin Charlottenburg. The Facility Technician will be responsible for overseeing the entire scope of electrical systems, ensuring the execution of contractually agreed services, and maintaining quality standards, particularly in the repair and maintenance of electrotechnical installations according to VDMA guidelines. A core part of the job involves supporting the Property Manager in technical and commercial processing, managing and tracking the performance of subcontractors, and acting as the direct technical point of contact for the client regarding all building maintenance inquiries. Candidates must possess a technical qualification in an electrical field, such as an Electrician or Electrical Installer. While further training as a Master Electrician or Technician with several years of experience is preferred, motivated newcomers are strongly encouraged to apply.
