Job Summary

This opportunity is for a Technical Facility Management Team Leader based in Darmstadt, taking on the crucial role of managing technical operations and leading an operational team. You will carry both technical and disciplinary responsibility for assigned properties, ensuring all required services are delivered effectively. A core function is acting as the primary contact for owners, tenants, and subcontractors regarding all aspects of technical building management. Daily tasks involve steering the team, planning personnel deployment, managing internal cost allocation, and maintaining oversight of complex technical systems. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (Technician, Master, or Engineer) in fields like Facility Management or TGA, backed by at least five years of professional and leadership experience in technical building management. Success in this role requires strong customer orientation, team capability, and fluency in German (C1 level). Knowledge of specific FM software like SAP, Planon, and PIT FM is a distinct advantage, making this a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced technical leader.
