Job Summary

This Senior Data Scientist and Project Lead role involves driving the creative development and enhancement of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence solutions for public administration clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading complex consulting projects, ensuring successful client communication regarding ideas and results, and taking technical ownership across the entire Data Science lifecycle—from data preparation and feature extraction to model evaluation and optimization. A key function is leading the software development efforts to operationalize robust AI solutions and integrate them seamlessly into client IT processes, working closely with other Data Scientists and Developers. The ideal candidate holds a MINT degree and possesses a minimum of two years of project leadership experience in AI/Data Science, alongside excellent knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and Python.
