Job Summary

This role as Executive Advisor to the Management Board places you at the core of a young, dynamic, and innovative AI consulting firm specializing in public administration. You will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, actively shaping administrative and organizational processes. Key responsibilities include comprehensive support for the management board, focusing on corporate services such as the autonomous creation and administration of various contracts (NDAs, leases), strategic preparation for shareholder and advisory board communications, and supporting controlling activities. Furthermore, you will manage HR-related legal inquiries, maintain employment documentation, and coordinate back-office operations like mail and telephone inquiries. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, possesses initial professional experience in an advisory or assistance capacity, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent MS Office proficiency. This position offers a high degree of responsibility, creative freedom, and flexible working arrangements under a 'Remote First' policy, allowing work from anywhere within Germany.
