This role requires a dedicated Facility Technician specializing in Electrical Systems to ensure the flawless technical condition of assigned building installations in the Greater Düsseldorf area. Key responsibilities include conducting regular control rounds, proactively executing minor repairs and maintenance, and reporting all detected defects and unusual occurrences. A significant part of the job involves independently inspecting, maintaining, and testing electrical systems, requiring accurate digital documentation via mobile devices. The successful candidate must possess a technical qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Installer, ideally complemented by professional experience in Facility Management and familiarity with measurement/control technology or building management systems.
