You will also provide consulting services through technical inspections and building valuations. A key requirement is a relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with a minimum of five years of professional experience, and deep knowledge of German regulatory frameworks like DIN, VOB A-C, and HOAI.
