Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Matrix42 Architect to join one of Germany's largest IT service providers, focusing on consulting Enterprise clients. The professional will strategically develop client Matrix42 architectures and lead the technical implementation of complex projects and rollouts. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, designing and implementing tailored Matrix42 services covering Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Asset Management, and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). Responsibilities also involve configuring platform solutions according to ITIL standards, developing integration solutions (e.g., with Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune), and conducting occasional training for key users. The ideal candidate has completed IT training and possesses initial experience in ITIL, Endpoint Management, and Software Configuration Management.
