Job Summary

This role is crucial for the City of Dortmund's comprehensive digital transformation, focusing on the large-scale migration of existing SAP systems (including Finance, Logistics, and Real Estate) to the new SAP S/4HANA platform by 2027. The Process Manager will operate within the Personnel and Organization Department's 'New Work' team, lending expertise directly to the central S/4HANA project staff. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing complex organizational and business management challenges, developing modern solutions, and driving effective Change Management across the administration. Key tasks include creating a structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and developing practical roadmaps for transformation. Candidates require experience in Change Management, Strategy Management, and foundational knowledge of the SAP system landscape or IT management processes, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.
