Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Field Sales Manager specializing in comprehensive gas management systems, particularly for laboratory and high-purity gas applications in industrial, research, and educational sectors. Key daily responsibilities include developing customized solutions for customers, encompassing supply centers, piping, gas warning, and safety systems. The manager will actively consult with planning offices and decision-makers, analyze market trends, execute sales strategies, and focus on new customer acquisition. Furthermore, the position requires close collaboration with project engineering to design systems according to current standards and regulations, and timely preparation of bids and specifications. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering or building services and proven sales experience, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales success in the Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein region.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman/Technician certification in Electrical Engineering or Technical Building Services, or an Engineering degree

Experience

  • Several years of sales and/or planning experience
  • Experience ideally in piping construction, laboratory and compressed gas technology, TGA trade, electrical/control technology, or similar industries
  • Knowledge of tendering procedures according to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
