This role involves providing essential technical customer support for the bitfarm-Archiv Open Source Document Management System (DMS), which is utilized by hundreds of clients, including major organizations like Mazda and the German Aerospace Center. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and utilizing remote maintenance software to diagnose and resolve technical issues. You will document all cases in a ticketing system and collaborate closely with developers on more complex problems. Candidates must possess strong general IT knowledge, advanced experience with Microsoft Windows administration, networking, and troubleshooting, alongside abstract, logical thinking skills.
