Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive execution and coordination of customer projects focused on traffic infrastructure. The Team Leader is responsible for achieving project objectives, leading a small, dedicated project management team of 1-2 employees, and ensuring strict adherence to established project management methodologies, specifically IPMA standards. Key daily tasks include acting as the primary point of contact for technical consulting, negotiating prices with both customers and subcontractors, and meticulous project controlling, encompassing cost monitoring, post-calculation, and change request management. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or commercial background, proven professional experience in project management, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, SAP, and specialized PM software. This position requires a business-minded approach and the willingness to balance office work with on-site supervision of construction progress, working closely with sales, order processing, and technical services.
