Key daily tasks include receiving, classifying, and prioritizing incoming fault reports via phone, email, or remote access. The specialist will troubleshoot technical problems related to MS Windows, MS Office, Intranet, and Internet access, meticulously documenting all solutions and processes within the ticketing system. A structured working method is crucial for contributing actively to the continuous improvement of support processes, complemented by service-oriented communication with internal users. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and network understanding, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and completed IT vocational training or fundamental IT knowledge acquired as a dedicated career changer.
