Key responsibilities also include financial monitoring, preparing budget statistics (expenditures and revenues), and actively collaborating on project management and editorial duties. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or meet the civil service requirements for the general administrative service, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative competencies necessary for public sector work in Berlin. Required Skills

Education

Required for Contract Employees: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Required for Civil Servants: Fulfillment of career requirements for the first entry level of career group 2 of the general administrative service.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative processing and support roles
  • Experience working with employee representation bodies (Personalvertretungen)
  • Experience in budget management and monitoring financial statistics
