Job Summary

This role is based in the greater Kiel area, taking system responsibility for complex electronic systems within an international company operating in the maritime sector. Day-to-day tasks involve defining crucial interfaces, managing and coordinating all technical aspects related to the product, and serving as a software expert. You will actively support product development through C++ programming and Requirements Engineering, while also assisting Project Management with defining time and cost schedules. A key part of the role is accompanying system tests and trials both in the laboratory and in the field. Ideal candidates possess comprehensive knowledge of complex technical products, significant experience in software development or systems engineering (electronics/maritime systems), and strong organizational and communication skills.
