Job Summary

This role is central to ensuring the quality of innovative biopharmaceutical products within a modern, regulated laboratory setting. The Analytical Laboratory Scientist will operate at the intersection of research, development, and quality control, actively shaping analytical processes. Daily responsibilities include the precise analysis of biological products using advanced bioanalytical methods, such as various forms of chromatography (RP-HPLC, SEC) and electrophoresis (CE-R, icIEF). A key focus is the meticulous management and organization of analytical samples, ensuring complete traceability. Furthermore, the role involves actively supporting the development and optimization of new analytical methods, preparing testing specifications, and rigorously documenting all results according to internal and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP). The successful candidate will also be responsible for evaluating and interpreting data from release and stability studies to maintain the highest standards of product quality and process safety.
