Job Summary

This pivotal role as a Process and Quality Management Officer involves driving efficiency, quality, and compliance across the entire organizational value chain for a leading European IT service provider. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining the corporate process management system, ensuring adherence to critical standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. A core function is coordinating internal audits, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and managing external certification processes. You will also support the annual company-wide IT audit and serve as the central point of contact for Quality Management and Information Security policies, collaborating closely with specialist departments to implement tailored process solutions. Success requires a background in Business Administration or Quality/Process Management, proven experience with ISO management systems, strong analytical thinking, and excellent German and English communication skills.
