Job Summary
This role is for an organized and proactive IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support within one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The core responsibility involves the seamless planning, implementation, and completion of IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, Retire) processes. You will be structuring and prioritizing daily operations, managing multiple parallel tasks while maintaining an overview, and proactively driving assigned topics to completion. Key requirements include a completed technical education (e.g., as an IT Specialist or equivalent), practical experience in IT support and local user assistance, and proficiency with ticketing systems and Windows 10/11. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, team capability, and clear, friendly communication, ensuring processes are followed and documentation is current for the team's benefit. This position offers continuous professional development through the Bechtle Academy and 30 days of vacation.
