Job Summary

This Master's Thesis position offers a student the opportunity to drive the digitalization and usability of internal Project Management processes within a global industrial group. The primary focus is analyzing current PM workflows and developing a comprehensive improvement concept centered on digital solutions utilizing existing applications like Power BI and Power Apps. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating process results, creating detailed documentation, and visualizing key metrics through reporting and dashboard visualizations. A core objective is actively enhancing the User Adoption and User Experience (UX) of the company's platform applications and developing new presentation solutions. The role requires enrollment in a relevant digitalization-focused degree program (e.g., Computer Science or Industrial Engineering), strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical relationships. The student will receive comprehensive supervision and gain practical experience in a global corporate environment.
