Field Service Technician - Power Engineering | Servicetechniker Erfurt (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role places you at the forefront of energy technology, contributing to the stable future of power supply by working with intelligent digital and analog solutions. As a Field Service Technician, you will execute maintenance and service work on existing active and passive high-voltage systems (>1 kV), including reactive power compensation and harmonic filters. Key responsibilities also involve supervising the installation and commissioning of new systems, supporting project managers during factory acceptance tests, and clarifying technical details with customers and suppliers during project planning. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification in electrical power engineering or equivalent, possesses practical experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, and is proficient in electrical measurement technology. Expertise in PLC programming and HMI parameterization (Step7, WinCC, TIA) is required, along with fluent German and basic English skills, and a high willingness to travel.
