This Expert Data and Information Manager role is crucial for developing and steering the technological foundation of Wiesbaden's municipal data infrastructure within the Smart City initiative. Key tasks include evaluating and implementing technological potential, particularly the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs), and establishing a city-wide AI steering group. This position requires coordinating a sustainable data architecture and governance framework, ensuring IT security, and continuously developing data processing strategies for various target groups. The manager will also oversee service providers and ensure professional multi-project management.
