Job Summary

This role involves leading a dynamic team of 3 to 8 employees in the electrical engineering sector, focusing on the planning, control, and organization of maintenance, testing, and repair orders. The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating maintenance work and schedules, ensuring strict compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and overseeing commissioning activities. A key part of the job is the documentation of all completed tasks. Candidates should possess a background as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, supplemented by further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician. While experience in team leadership is beneficial, it is not strictly mandatory.
