Job Summary

This role as a Requirements and Specification Manager involves taking responsibility for the successful outcome of the project in the area of requirements management. Day-to-day tasks include the structured capture, documentation, and quality review of requirements, ensuring they meet internal standards. You will manage and monitor requirement specifications, compile them into a central database, and derive necessary proof and document plans. A key part of the role is developing and refining processes for various procedures and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. To succeed, you should hold a technical or business degree and possess required experience in a technical project environment. While professional experience in requirements management is advantageous, very strong proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
