Job Summary
This role is ideal for a meticulous and quality-focused Laboratory Technician seeking a stable, full-time position with standard Monday-to-Friday hours and no weekend or shift work. The primary responsibilities involve the planning, execution, and evaluation of chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses of dairy products such as cheese, milk, cream, whey, and water. The technician will also manage the organization of external testing, oversee the monitoring and calibration of testing equipment, and conduct essential hygiene and environmental controls. The successful candidate must have a completed vocational qualification in dairy laboratory work or a comparable field. While professional experience is a plus, entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
